差壓式液位計廣泛應用于石油、化工、冶金、電力、食品、造紙、醫(yī)藥、紡織等工業(yè)生產過程檢測控制系統中，檢測液體差壓、表壓、絕壓，以及開口或密閉容器內液體的液位。該產品將被測信號轉換成4～20mADC輸出信號（智能型可帶Hart協議通訊），與其他單元組合儀表或工業(yè)控制計算機配合，組成檢測、記錄、控制等工業(yè)自動化系統。

　　Differential pressure level gauge reduces error method:

 

　　1.導壓管應盡可能短些;

 

　　1.The pressure guiding tube should be as short as possible;

 

　　2.當測量液體或蒸汽時，導壓管應向上連接到流程工藝管道，其斜度應不小于1/12;

 

　　2.When measuring liquid or steam,the pressure guiding tube should be connected upward to the process pipeline,and its slope should not be less than 1/12;

 

　　3.對于氣體測量時，導壓管應向下連接到流程工藝管道，其斜度應不小于1/12;

 

　　3.For gas measurement,the pressure guiding tube should be connected downward to the process pipeline,and its slope should not be less than 1/12;

 

　　4.液體導壓管道的布設要避免出現高點，氣體導壓管的布設要避免出現低點;

 

　　4.The arrangement of liquid pressure guiding pipes should avoid high points,and the arrangement of gas pressure guiding pipes should avoid low points;

 

　　5.兩導壓管應保持相同的溫度;

 

　　5.The two pressure guiding tubes should maintain the same temperature;

 

　　6.為避免磨擦影響，導壓管的口徑應足夠大;

　　7.充滿液體的導壓管中應無氣體存在;

　　8.當使用隔離液時，兩邊導壓管的液位要相同。
